Shipment processing time

 

Small orders are processed within 2-3 business days, larger order can take up to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that this is out of our control and any delays should be taken up with the shipping carrier.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

 

Trophy Cups ships to addresses within the U.K and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

 

If you received your order damaged, please contact us via email at hindleykey@outlook.com as soon as possible. Any damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order and must include clear photo evidence of packaging and product.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until claim has been rectified.
